Guidelines for adding sessions to the program

• Sessions must be relevant to the broad Wikimedia Technical Community
• Sessions can be scheduled where it says "Unconference"
• Sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes in length
• All sessions must link to an associated Phabricator task with details about the session. You can use the following template:

* Title of session (the more detailed, the better!):
* Session description:
* Username for contact:
* Session duration (30 or 60 min):
* Session type (presentation, workshop, discussion, etc.):
* Language of session (English, Arabic, etc.):
* Prerequisites (some Python, etc.):
