ياترا اسڪالرشپ سنگاپور ۾ وڪيمينيا ۾ شرڪت لاءِ مدد لاءِ آهي، ان ۾ پروازون، رهائش ۽ رجسٽريشن شامل آهن. اھڙن اسڪالرز جي لاءِ ٽارگيٽيڊ برسريز ھونديون جيڪي انھن ملڪن کان ايندا آهن جتي سنگاپور ڊالر سان ڪرنسي جي اڻ برابري آھي، جنھنڪري رھائش کان وٺي ڪري جڳھ تائين پبلڪ ٽرانسپورٽ جا خرچ سميت ڪجھ اضافي سرگرمين ۾حصو وٺڻ مھانگو ٿي پوندو آھي. پروگرام جي فيصلن جي بنياد تي اسڪالرشپ ٽيم جي پاران طي ٿيل صوابديدي سرشتي تي اھا برسريز ورھائي ويندي.

چونڊ جو معيار

مرحلو 1

مرحلي 1 ۾ درخواستون ناڪام ٿي وينديون جيڪڏهن هيٺين مان ڪا شيءِ لاڳو ٿئي ٿي:

1. درخواست گذار کي 2019، 2021، يا 2022 ۾ اسڪالرشپ ملي پر 'ڪانفرنس-کان بعد پنھجي رپورٽ پوري نه ڪئي'.
2. درخواست ڪندڙ ڪنهن به وڪيميڊيا گرانٽ پروگرام مان موجوده يا ماضي جو گرانٽي آهي ۽ ھو غير فرمانبردار رھيو.
3. درخواست مواد جي موضوع کان ٻاهر يا بدسلوڪي تي ٻڌل آهي .
4. درخواستگذار درخواست فارم تي سوالن جا جواب ڏيڻ ۾ مناسب ڪوشش ڪرڻ ۾ ناڪام ٿي پيو آهي.
5. درخواست ڏيندڙ ڪنهن به اهم وڪيميڊيا ڀاڱيدارين يا سرگرمين جو مظاهرو ڪرڻ ۾ ناڪام رھيو آهي، جيڪا شايد اسڪالرشپ جي انعام جي لائق هجي.

• مکيہ وڪيميڊيا ڀاڱيدارين يا سرگرمين جا مثال هيٺين ريت آهن:
  • گهٽ ۾ گهٽ 50 تازيون ڀاڱيدارين سميت وڪيميڊيا رٿائن (مثال طور وڪيپيڊيا، ڪامنز يا وڪي سورس) ۾ سرگرم ڀاڱيدار
  • وڪيميڊيا رٿائن لاءِ ميڊيا وڪي ڪوڊ ڀاڱيدار، گيجٽ يا ٻيو اوزار-ٺاهيندڙ
  • وڪيميڊيا تنظيم جي ڪنهن روپ ۾ شموليت (باب، موضوعاتي تنظيم يا واپرائيندڙ گروپ)
  • وڪيميڊيا چيڪ-يوزر، منتظم، ڪامورو، سٽيورڊ يا وي آرتي رضاڪار (ھاڻوڪا يا اڳوڻو)
  • وڪيميڊيا پيڙھڪا گرانٽي
  • وڪيميڊيا پروگرام ۾ حصو وٺندڙ (مثال طور گليم ڀائيواري يا تعليمي پروگرام)
  • وڪيميڊيا جي منظم ڪيل ايونٽس ۾ حصو وٺندڙ (مثال طور وڪي محبوب يادگار (ڊبليو آيل ايم) جو ڀاڱيدار فوٽوگرافر، ورڪشاپ ۾ شرڪت ڪندڙ)
  • وڪيميڊيا ايونٽس جا آرگنائيزر (مثال. وڪي محبوب ناريون، ترميمي-ڊوڙون)

وڪيميڊيا اسٽاف وڪي/آف-وڪي تي ماڻهن کي انهن جي رويي جي ڪري هٽائڻ جو حق محفوظ رکي ٿو. مثال اهي جيڪي عالمي ۽ واقعن جي پابندين جي فهرستن تي، يا وڪيميڊيا يونيورسل ڪوڊ آف ڪنڊڪٽ (يوسي او سي) جي پابندين هيٺ آھن.

اهي درخواستون جن لاءِ ڪوبہ ناڪام ٿيڻ جو طريقيڪار لاڳو نٿو ٿئي، سي مرحلي 2 ۾ وڌيڪ پڙتال لاءِ هلي وينديون.

مرحلو 2

ٻئي مرحلي دوران، درخواست ڏيندڙن جو جائزو ٻن مکيه ماپن - لاڳاپيل تجربو' ۽ ''اثرائتو تي ورتو ويندو– هر درخواست ڏيندڙ کي هر معيار لاءِ ٻڙي کان ڏهه جي پيماني تحت هڪ نمبر ڏنو ويندو. انکانپوءِ درخواست ڏيندڙ جي آخري مرحلي 2 جو اسڪور ڏيڻ لاءِ اسڪور جو اوسط ڪيو ويندو آهي. اهي معيار چونڊيا ويا آهن انهن درخواستن ڪندڙن کي اجاگر ڪرڻ جي مقصد سان جن وٽ وڪيميڊيا سان لاڳاپيل زبردست تجربا آهن ۽ اھي پنھنجي تجربي/سکيا کي پنهنجي گھريلو برادريءَ کي بھتر بنائڻ جي لاءِ استعمال ڪرڻ جي هڪ خاص قابليت جو مظاهرو ڪن ٿا.

لاڳاپيل تجربو

وڪيميڊيا رٿائن يا تنظيمن (بابن، موضوعي تنظيمن، ۽ واپرائيندڙ گروپن) جي اندر سرگرمي ان ڳالهه جي نشاندهي ڪري ٿي ته هڪ درخواست ڪندڙ پنھنجي ڀاڱيدارين وسيلي ماڻيل تجربن ۽ گيان جي ذريعي وڪيمينيا جي قدر ۾ واڌارو ڪندو. درخواست گذارين کي حوصلا افزائي ڪجي ٿي ته اھي ڪنھن بہ ٻوليءَ جو استعمال ڪندي پنهنجي درخواستن ۾ پنھنجي آن لائن ۽ آف لائن تجربن بابت لکن. ترجيح سٺي ڪهاڻي لکڻ جي بجاءِ ڳنڍڻو تي ٻڌل هوندي''

هڪ درخواستگذار جي سرگرمين جي پڙتال هيٺين ٽن طرفن ۾ ڪئي ويندي:

1. 'سهڪار' - سرگرمين کي انجام ڏيڻ لاءِ ٻين فردن يا تنظيمن سان تعاون جو درجو
2. 'اثر- وڪيميڊيا جي سرگرمين جي ڪري آن لائين يا آف لائن نتيجا، جيڪي يا ته مقداري يا قابليت سان بيان ڪيل آهن
3. نيات اڳواڻي - وڪيميڊيا تحريڪ ۾ ادا ڪيل ڪردار ۽ سرگرمين جو دائرو، مثال طور. ميمبر جيڪي ڪميٽين يا منصوبي جي اڳواڻن تي خدمت ڪن ٿا

To assist applicants, the following examples of "Impact" have been provided. However, applicants should feel free to provide examples beyond what is included below:

Quantitative	Identified/Addressed content or category gaps (e.g. number of new/improved articles in underdeveloped or missing categories) Made reliable sources available to editors (e.g. gained and shared access to previously locked sources) Increased access to Wikimedia by creating/improving a product that addresses access (e.g. improved QR codes or Kiwix to support offline Wikipedia) New editors (e.g. new editors due to organizing an editing workshop)	For events organized, number of participants that attended a Wikimedia event you organized (e.g. for organizers of photo contests, the number of contest participants) For Wikimedia programs you are involved in, the number of participants or volunteers supported (e.g. for Wikipedia Education Program campus ambassadors, the number of students supported in a semester)

Enrichment

Criteria:

• The ability to share experiences and information with a wider community indicates that the applicant, if awarded a scholarship, would be able to bring those experiences or lessons learned at Wikimania back home, thereby enriching their home wiki community or home country. Applicants are encouraged to write about or provide examples demonstrating this ability; a few examples could be on-wiki reports, personal blog posts, or talks/presentations given about what they learned from an event, conference, or discussion.
• New User with less than 2 years of activity that can demonstrate a commitment to the movement by way of their actions during this time. This can be providing access to resources for on going activities, or helping to support the growth of their community. Applicants are encouraged to write about or provide examples demonstrating this ability; event dashboards that show them as an organiser or participant, reports, personal blogs, or community about the event.

Reporting and other Obligations

In previous years scholars have been required to write a report about the event, including statements about how they use what they have seen to help their community. These reports are rarely followed up and the participants are never really held to account for what they plan to do afterwards. The need for a report about attending scholars will be replaced with volunteering tasks during Wikimania.

Volunteer tasks

• Room Angels - taking notes on etherpads and voicing question from the online audience to the speakers during Q&A's
• Tech support, upload videos to Commons.
• Registrations desk
• be on Expo space tables for a short period
• support an excursion

Application Questions

The scholarship application will be divided into sections;

1. Forward with basic acknowledge and acceptance of application conditions. Option to share data with your local affiliate that may also be offering scholarships should you be unsuccessful.
2. Travel details, name, username, passport check (no number collected), location, nationality, and airport of choice. You opt to travel via train or other means to reduce your carbon impact.
3. Demographic data; doesnt have any impact on applications, and will be anonymized before being used for Wikimania reporting then destroyed when completed.
4. Assessment questions, links to verify activity and achievements is more import than your capacity to tell a good story.
