Description

For WikiForHumanRights 2023 we invested in a regionalization strategy to help meet the needs of the international community running the campaign each year. During this two part discussion, we will explore how regional organizers built variations of the campaign to increase the impact on regional capacity and contributors, and use the last half of the session to discuss how we want to continue decentralizing the campaign into the broader Wikimedia movement, with more leadership from community members.
