Clarify use of "Please clean this comment together..." never displayed

On the EN page, the first commented columns are not translated : they dont appear on the EN page.
Last column is translated in T:7 but it is a comment : il will not appear on the translated page
Text "This list is a self-populated list..." suggests it is automatically filled by the system, which is the opposite of "Clean comment.." which suggests to fill it manually.
