This lecture is more about how to start a user group by getting inspiration from Wikimedians of DRCongo. We'll talk about the history of the community, what we are now, what we learned so far and how we envision the future. I know how hard it is to start a volunteer group, but after this talk many of those who are struggling we'll get some tips to help them moving forward quickly.
