Onsite registration
Everyone attending Wikimania must have a conference badge, and registration can be done either online or onsite. Note that after 1 August registration can only be done onsite. You can collect your conference badge at the registration desk. The registration and help desk will be open on the bottom floor of the Aula Magna, as follows:
- Tuesday, August 13: 16:00 – 18:00
- Wednesday, August 14: 08:00 – 16:00
- Thursday, August 15: 08:00 – 16:00
- Friday, August 16: 08:30 – 16:00
- Saturday, August 17: 08:30 – 16:00
- Sunday, August 18: 08:30 – 12:00
Online registration is closed as of July 31th, 2019. New registrations can be made at the registration desk during the above hours.
PLEASE NOTE: Onsite registrations will NOT include access to the opening or closing receptions.
Pricing
We are negotiating with sponsors to support those who can not attend otherwise, so keep checking back for those campaigns.
Prices are as follows. Please note that all prices are in US dollars. Payment must be made online with PayPal. You may select the currency you wish to pay with during the checkout process once logged into PayPal.
- Pre-Conference Day on August 14–15 - *Early Bird Rate: $100 USD; Regular Rate: $150 USD
- Three Day Conference on August 16–18 - *Early Bird Rate: $175; Regular Rate: $225 USD
- Friday Day pass: $75 USD
*Please note that Early Bird pricing ended on May 31, 2019.
Please note that online registration ends on July 31, 2019 at midnight PST. After this date, you may register onsite starting Wednesday, August 14th.

What does Registration include?
The three-day conference registration includes:
- Badge
- Admission to all sessions that you are attending during August 16–18
- Lunch and refreshments during the breaks
- Admission to the opening reception and closing reception, guaranteed only if you registered before July 30th
- Wireless connectivity in conference session areas
- Conference T-shirt
Pre-Conference and Day Passes include:
- Badge
- Admission to all sessions you are attending August 14–15 or the Day Pass day
- Lunch and refreshments during the breaks that day
- Wireless connectivity in conference session areas
- Conference T-shirt
Please note that only attendees who registered for the three-day conference before July 30, 2019 may attend the opening and closing receptions.
